Sofitel Moorea la Ora Beach Resort, Moorea, French Polynesia

I honestly don’t remember most of my wedding. I wasn’t drunk, I was mentally overloaded. The first dance gave me so much anxiety that there is before the dance and then after in my mind. The after is when it started to be fun. I do remember our honeymoon. Ten beautiful days in French Polynesia.

This photo was taken at the infinity pool on resort. Since I don’t sleep very well on planes (or much at all), I was in and out of consciousness while we were lounging on the deck, waiting for our room. I woke up just in time to catch this. Everything in this photo is beautiful and creates the memories that I do have of our wedding.

    Gorgeous shot! Moorea seems like a dream destination … We’re in mainland France and French Polynesia is technically French … but your guys are closer, haha!
    And weddings are like that. Ours seemed to be over in a flash, as well.

        Oh cool! No we haven’t had the pleasure yet. Jerome has been to the Maldives though, that might be pretty similar as well?
